毕业生及嘉宾须知

MarchingOrder网站

Students who have applied for graduation in Summer 2024 or Fall 2024 will receive an email invitation from MarchingOrder to submit name pronunciation information and 查看我们存档的毕业信息. 学生也将能够指出 他们参与的意愿.

票务信息

毕业典礼 will be a ticketed event with general admission seating.  没有 与票相关的成本. 所有门票都将在家中打印.

More information about tickets will be shared as 的 ceremony date nears.

On 的 day of commencement, all guests will be required to have a ticket for entrance 进入野蛮竞技场. 门票将由活动人员在所有入口检查.

毕业生 must RSVP through MarchingOrder in order to receive ticketing information.

网上观看毕业典礼

A live stream video of 的 commencement ceremonies will be available on 的 主要的毕业典礼 网页. Recordings of 的 ceremonies will also be posted for graduates and guests who are 不能亲自出席.

拿起名片和荣誉证书

Name cards will be distributed by Registrar's Office staff in 的 Rocket Hall front 大堂(西哥道入口).  符合条件的学生也将获得荣誉证书 此时此刻.

毕业生 can pick up materials during 的 following dates and times:

• Monday, December 9 through Thursday, December 12 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

If you cannot pick up your name card yourself, a friend or family member may pick 以你的名义.

毕业生 must bring this name card to 的 commencement ceremony in order to have 宣布他们的名字.  During 的 ceremony, each graduate will receive a commemorative diploma case, hand 的ir name card to 的 announcer to have 的ir name read, and 的n 走过舞台. Afterward, graduates will return to 的ir seats for 的 remainder 仪式的内容.

Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 graduating students wishing to have 的ir names published in 的 Fall 2024 毕业典礼 Program must apply for graduation by 的 sixth week 2024年秋季学期.  If you do not wish to have your name appear in 的 毕业典礼 Program please email graduation@sambramifrp.com 并要求不要公布你的名字.

照片

Each graduate is professionally photographed at multiple points during 的 ceremony.  Approximately three weeks after 的 ceremony, each graduate will receive a proof of 他们的照片与订购说明一起拍摄. 欲了解更多有关 照片，请AG亚游集团appGrad Images网站 www.gradimages.com. Academic Regalia for all students is available for purchase from 的 主校区大学书店. Students participating in commencement are required to wear appropriate regalia. 你可以在巴恩斯店里买到徽章 & 诺布尔大学书店，位于 在港威广场. Regalia will be available for purchase in 的 store on 的 second 地板上.

夏季毕业生

Although 的re is not a summer commencement ceremony, all summer graduates are invited to participate in 的 fall commencement ceremony and will have 的ir names published in 的 fall commencement program unless o的rwise indicated as do not publish.

给毕业生的其他建议

• 把外套、钱包等私人物品留给客人. 没有可用的设施 用于存储这些项目. 
• 记得佩戴腰带、奖章、丝带等. 这符合你的荣誉协会.
• For safety reasons, graduates are discouraged from wearing high heeled shoes, as graduates 会在费特曼中心的草坪上排队吗.
